Vinyasa Yoga Ashram’s Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher training course will help the Yoga teachers not only to guide their prenatal students to a healthy pregnancy; but also help their students with issues like infertility, pre and post-pregnancy complications.
The very common question “Is it safe to practice Yoga during Pregnancy?” has made most of expecting mothers paranoid. However, prenatal yoga is not only about asanas, but it also covers breath work, meditation and chanting that brings a sense of calmness and relaxation and makes them ready for the great responsibility of motherhood.
A very detailed program that covers anatomical and physiological aspects during pregnancy, traditional techniques from Ayurveda and Garbha Upanishads that provides asanas and other yogic practices that are beneficial during this sensitive phase and their variations for different trimesters. Rules and Regulations of Ashram
A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program, participants are required to attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures and asana classes.
Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school. If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform the kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make discipline, respect teachers and follow all rules. Always be on the time, you are late means will not be permitted to join the class.
Clear your books of account before departure from Vinyasa Yoga Ashram. Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed. Vinyasa Yoga Ashram provides accommodation for a student who joins the yoga course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation however they can stay in school by renting another room. The student has to be present in all scheduled program of Vinyasa Yoga Ashram.
Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course.
Advance fees once paid is neither refundable nor transferable. If you cancel your booking within five days of the course start date, then the advance will be fortified and you will have to pay again for a new booking.
However, if the cancellation is before five days, then the advance amount can be transferred to another month based on availability within a year of enrollment.
