Keeping in mind the need and convenience of the students, we “Vinyasa Yoga Ashram” offer 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh which is actually the first section of 200 Hours – 13 Days Yoga Teacher Training. This short-term course is conducted every month of the year and is designed for all those people who are keen to learn yoga & wants to become a certified yoga teacher but don’t have ample time to complete 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Whether you want to give your yoga practice a startup, move towards personal & spiritual development or wants to rejuvenate & refresh your soul, then the 100 Hours Yoga TTC is for you.

This will heal your body and mind with the systematic knowledge and understanding of yoga.

The prime objective of the course is to nourish & nurture the parasympathetic nervous system and rebalancing the energy and the chakras. After the completion of the first half of the 200 Hour YTTC (i.e., 100 Hours YTTC), students have to complete other 100 Hour Yoga course within the time period of 1 year whenever you are free to visit again at,

“Vinyasa Yoga Ashram”

. The two semesters (of 100 Hours each) will be deemed to be complete after the successful completion of assignments and exams.

Certification is given for the 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram. No doubt, it will be a glorious opportunity to bloom your career in the field of yoga.

Code of Conduct

Rules and Regulations of Ashram

Prerequisites :

A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program, participants are required to attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures and asana classes.

Rules for Students :

Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school. If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform the kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make discipline, respect teachers and follow all rules. Always be on the time, you are late means will not be permitted to join the class.

Clear your books of account before departure from Vinyasa Yoga Ashram. Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed. Vinyasa Yoga Ashram provides accommodation for a student who joins the yoga course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation however they can stay in school by renting another room. The student has to be present in all scheduled program of Vinyasa Yoga Ashram.

Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course.

Refund Policy :

Advance fees once paid is neither refundable nor transferable. If you cancel your booking within five days of the course start date, then the advance will be fortified and you will have to pay again for a new booking.

However, if the cancellation is before five days, then the advance amount can be transferred to another month based on availability within a year of enrollment.
